Restaurant Kitchen drain line application:
Treating the restaurant drain line is very simple, but has to be rigorously
followed for best results. Superzyme GTM must be put into all the lines at the
end of each day – sink drain line, floor drain line, dishwasher drain line and
garbage disposals.
Cleanout Dosage:
Dissolve 100 gms of Superzyme GTM in 20 litres of lukewarm water. This
quantity is sufficient for 20-30 metres of drain line. Ensure that the solution
spread across every sink and all around the kitchen area. Repeat the process
daily until the drain becomes free-flowing. Superzyme GTM should be used
during hours when the drains are non-operational.
Maintenance Dosage:
Dissolve 50 gms of Superzyme GTM in 10 litres of lukewarm water twice a
week or dissolve 20gms of Superzyme in 5litres of water daily. This quantity is
sufficient for 20-30 metres of drain line. Ensure that the solution spread across
every sink, P trap, U trap and all around the kitchen area.

the trap – they cause harm to the environment and destroy the naturally
beneficial bacteria.
